211 libb speed

hey guys i have a 1988 211 libb with a 460 ford king cobra drive, boat and hull and prop are mint but i lost 8 to 10 mph at the end of season. any ideas

Check the bottom of the boat to see if it is clean and straight. Also check to see if you are taking on any water like under the floor or hidden pockets.

Did you lose rpms as well?
