Gas Guage Doesn't work

I put the boat in for the first time this weekend and the gas guage doesn't work. Any ideas? It is a Baja Hammer and the guages were switched to Gaffrig. Any way to test if it is the sender or the guage? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Do a "search" for fuel gauge/fuel sender. It's been discussed numerous times. :drink:

Yep sounds like you need a new fuel gauge sending unit.....Do a search on here... easy install and only about $25

Go to the fuel sender in the tank. There will be 2 wires. One is grounded and the other is on an insulated terminal. With the key on touch the two together and the gauge should go to full. If it does than the sender is bad. If there is only one wire on a terminal there just ground it somewhere.
