I spoke with Paul regarding intercoolers and while they are deifnately a plus ... he does not expect them to be a requirement if I am planning to run 3-4 pounds of boost. I am only looking for an extra 100-125 hp. My boat already runs 89mph on GPS with the HP500's. You have to remember that it is a 7800 pound F-2 boat. I am looking to run around 95 mph. I know my boat well and I truly believe that anything beyond that will push me into the scary envelope. Thanks for all the input and I'll let you know how it comes out!

What about boost referencing the crabs? Ive heard this is the thing to do on SC applications. Or is that just a given for people who are "in the know" about SC's?

Put intercoolers on it!! Motors will hold together alot longer with them then without. It is far better (cheaper) to be safe then to tear up a motor or two.

Talk is cheap, putting intercoolers on will be cheaper on you in the long run.

There is not such thing as too much horsepower!!

Thanx Puder ....But i have found that "Boost referencing" stuff to be the BEST !!!!!!!!:D
