also have you double checked that your saftey kill switch(the one with the lanyard attatched to it) is working porperly. a quick check withh a scanner should verify thaat. had a neighbors kid pull it and stuck it in his pocket one day.....took us haalf a day until we realized it was not installed......needless to say we were all pissed at the crunb shatcher
