This website is going downhill with nonsense and spam. Spammers posting all over the place, people are posting questions in threads totally off topic, etc. WTF

So True... Lots of drag boats use transmissions along with many high performance v-drives.

A planetary transmission like a "Lenco" might work? They are compact and you dont need to "lift" to change gears. They also routinely take Thousands of HP without fail.
