Incorrect Info

Regarding the 0308 ecm,

You can in fact rev it in neutral all the way to the limiter. I don't recommend it for very long. Just make sure the crankcase is full of oil and rev it quickly.. If that's that what your goal is -

This post is over 6 months old so obviously the guy figured it out with the free help on here or sold the boat. Either way he is a jackass for not coming back here to for an update.
