Polishing aluminum valve covers, what to use?

I have a set of Hardin XS Xtreme series bare aluminum polished valve covers. They have less that 10 hours on them and they look like cr-p. These are the same valve covers just about everyone is selling.(Imco, Hardin,Eickert, Ect. ) What are you guys using to keep these polished and looking nice. It is impossible to get in there with a buffer, so they need to be polished by hand. Thanks, Jeff Wurl

Mothers Mag & Aluminum Polish....then a couple coats of Krylon clear. This has worked for us on all our motors. :drink:

I use SimiChrome to polish all my aluminum and stainless. You can get it at any local Harley shop.

I also use it to polish molds that make optical lenses.
