With 625hp or so with the m-1's I doubt he was turning30 pitch props with 1.36 gears, would take some serious hp or have to be on a cat. Ecu's need a reflash closer to stock, probably rich as can be or something Mark at precision marine or Tyler Crockett should be able to do that, Smitty

Maps could be different as well.

depends on what was done when prochargers were installed...normal install on stock EFI 502 was no reflash but to jack the fuel pressure up with a boost referenced regulator to bandaid the system...so you need to know what was done..ECM's may be stock ?

Sound's like a make work project ! Take a good running package make it run like sh!t . Spend a lot of time and money to make run again and then sell it for the same money you could have got for it with out doing a thing . Just love reading stories like this .

I agree but the buyer didn't want them, and a shop took them off,guy backed out on the sale, and the shop don't have a clue what they did when they removed them.I'm just trying to help my buddy get his stuff running again.I know carbed motors but inj ones are a little tricker. Thanks JOHN SR
