fuel pressure on 525's
 

2004 Active Thunder 37 Excess with bone stock 525's, 270 hrs, replaced water seperator filters and high pressure filters on both motors, performed fuel pressure regulator test by pulling vacuum line and at idle getting 36 psi both motors with vacuum line on, 43 psi with vacuum line removed and blocked. Everything within spec yet when i run WOT starboard motor runs out of steam at 4750-4800 while port will run right up to 5100. This a new purchase for me. I have fuel pressure gauges in dash and port is 35 psi WOT and starboard falls to almost 30 psi. Damn fuel pumps are pretty expensive to play the guessing game. Any similar situations in the community. Thanks Dave
