gauges not working
 

2007 cigarette top gun with 525 efi. when i turn on the key the electric fuel pump pressurizes the system to about 40psi on the gauge then it holds at that pressure for only about 1 or 2 seconds then the gauges go to zero. when i start the engine the tach, oil pressure, water temp, and fuel pressure read zero. i have already changed the AGI box. the new AGI box seemed to work for about 3 seconds before it zeroed out the gauges. not sure if i just burnt out another box or if the problem is somewhere else. is there a scan tool that reads the the AGI connector? any ideas?
