A 1099 is NOT given to an employee. Its given to an independent contractor. You even say thats what you are. and then you argue with yourself. Under the law, you are NOT an employee of Stef's or B&B.

Quote me where I said AFR. I said cylinder head components, he said AFR.

Follow the bouncing ball. You thanked him for using your cylinder head parts and he said he ONLY used AFR.

This guy?

From another site..

"That being said, anyone considering choosing Ron Munson Performance Engines as their engine builder should look through this thread and the similar thread on the Rocket Builders Lists (Matronics and Team Rocket) before they decide. I would not recommend them nor would I consider doing business with them."

Do you know Carl Hinkson and CNC blocks?

Again, right back where we started where I highlighted WITH

You claim that you weren't fired by Stef. I don't know or care. Fact is that you don't work for him, so he can't fire you.

HaxbySpeed 09-28-2011 09:05 PM

So just to be clear, you don't manufacture any parts for AFR and therefore I in no way support you and you were just talking out of your azz.

I worked for Stefs' from July of 2003 till Oct. of 2006. I was salary then. I wanted more breadth of product to sell and Joe and i came to an agreement that I would work on a commission based program and sell his product and cultivate more WD's and MWDs for him. Since then I have been a 1099.
