I don't WD for Stefs get a 1099 MISC. I work for Mr. Stef as a MFG rep and get paid by him. I sell the products to the companies that buy and distribute Stefs and BandB. I also negoiate with the companies that buy the product in volume and market it under their own name.

I worked for Stefs' from July of 2003 till Oct. of 2006. I was salary then. I wanted more breadth of product to sell and Joe and i came to an agreement that I would work on a commission based program and sell his product and cultivate more WD's and MWDs for him. Since then I have been a 1099.
