winterizing needed in cali?

do i need to winterize a 496 in southern California? boat lives indoors in a warehouse during the winter. concrete floors and walls it never get below 50-55 deg and that is very rare usually in the 60's and 70's all winter long.

thanks appreciate the input

If you aren't going to use the boat for a while, pull the plugs and spray some in each cylinder. crank it over a few times and put the plugs back in.
