Yes, you can control them with a mefi3. It will run 10 injectors with no problem.
Not only do the extra 2 injectors cool the rotors and rear bearings, but the extra fuel going through the blower also helps seal the rotors.

Just want to add my 2cents worth HighandDry, I can tell you from expierence that you have hooked up with a real pro in the Marine engine business. Eddie walked me through a build from start to finish. I build hot rods (cars) and have never really fooled with boat engines. A friend asked me to tackle a job for him in an Eliminator and if not for Eddie I would not have been as successful. As it turned out the boat runs over 100 mph (the owner wont let me say how much over) and it is a side mount whipple single motor. PS I was not paid for this post. Just a happy customer! And now a friend.

I have a 25 eliminator with aside mount whipple, alum pro1 heads, teague patinum drive,& 30pitch labbed prop. you will love it when that little blower starts whining cause your face will start wrippling & the smile on your face will make perfect targets for bugs. On a serious note the system works great &fuel consumption in my boat was unchanged unless I was boosting, the best of both worlds.

Thanks Randy, I'm really looking forward to getting everything rigged, set up and dialed in!

High &Dry, you might ask Eddie, someone on here said something about the way the intercooler is plumbed into the main water feed. I also have a 3.3 top mount setup & the instructions say to mount a separate pickup for the intercooler cause it does'nt do any good pumping water through it at idle or check with Dustin I can't remember who talked about it though.

That is correct for both the 3.3 and side mount.

It tends to dump a bunch of condensation in the motor at idle too when plumbed up through the seapump.

High & Dry, You said you were looking for 80+ with a single step 27 Fountain @ 5000+ above sea level, My eliminator ran 98+ at the last shoot out on the missouri & was still pulling but was chine walking bad enough to be dangerous so the driver backed off. That was before I bought it & I was told to put the biggest k planes I could to increase running surface. Your boat should'nt be too much heavier than mine & already have planes on it so you should be pleased when all is done & tuned. BTW I tried a 28p 4blade & allit wanted to do was bounce off the rev limiter, the labbed 30 puts me right at the limiter without bouncing over it. Also a stock b1 drive will make a twisted noodle out of the propshaft if you dont already have something better on there. Randy

Randy, is your eliminator a 250 eagle? or tunnel? What motor is the 3.3 on? My 27 weighs 4900 empty. The boat came with a Hydromotive 25, I bought a 22 and 28 Hydro QIV before I knew I was putting the whipple on it, so I would have a couple options for testing purposes. I think I will see what the 28 does and then get a custom prop from CEP or Brian. I would love to see some High 80's or even close to 90 but anything over that would probably be a little hairy for me.

My boat is a 2000 250 eagle xp. The motor that was in the boat that I mentioned was stock 415hp 502 with the heads, blower, & emi thunder exhaust installed by Tim Speer out of Atlanta, ga. An ex employee winterized the boat but did'nt unplug the block drains, pilot lite blew out on furnace ,need I say more? So in true hot rod fashion when it blows build it faster! The new engine has je blower pistons 0.30 over eagle h beam rods the same pro 1 heads the 3.3 whipple setup & cam is teagues 900hp grind still have to finish the small stuff & probably replace the ecu to keep everything for the other blower havent decided on exhaust yet have a set of cmi's but nervous about them with all the cracking issues. should run pretty good but I will definately dyno it before it goes in.Just too many irons in the fire at the moment maybe next year, If so look out triple digit club!!
