Bank to Bank Temperature Differential

I just purchased a good temp gun and finding all sorts of uses for it. I discovered that my right bank runs 15 to 20 degrees cooler than the left with and engine temp of 150 and oil at 200. I just rebuilt the motor and everything has been flushed and cleaned thoroughly. I am running a crossover with a bypass and thermostat that's been drilled. Has anyone else experienced this? How is the temp balance when using a circulation pump? Has anyone tried a high performance electric circulation pump?

One side is always hotter on every engine I have owned and they all had circ pumps. Seems to be warm enough so should be good.

If by bank, you mean cylinder bank, mine run within a few dgrees of each other. However, my exhaust manifolds run 15-20 degrees different from side to side. I did a search when i discovered that, and it seems to be pretty common for manifolds to differ.

15-20* is nothing to be concerned about.

water with take the path of least resistence every time, so the bank with the best water flow will be the most cool

Has anyone tried a high performance electric circulation pump or restrictors on the cold side? I am measuring the temperature differential on the front of the cylinder head to get the most accurate read. I pushing this motor pretty hard and don't want to ruin my fresh rebuild by detonation.
