Bought a new fuel pump. Haven't installed it yet, won't be till next year. I will update this thread when I have the answer to my problem. Thanks to all.

Do a search about those pump combo setups. I believe there should be oil in there & a fuel pump problem can dilute the oil & ruin the seawater pump. If you mount a electric pump be sure to mount a relay so the pump does'nt run all the time the key is on. You can wire the relay to theoil pressure switch so it kills the pump if the engine dies, just to be on the safe side & CG compiant. Randy

Those seapump setups are stand alone units & do not use engine oil to lube them hopefully someone who knows more about that setup will chime in & explain better I have one in my sea ray but never had to mess with it but Im sure the seapump side is alot more than 200.00 good luck & hopefully happy boating next year.
