For all out power, I'm kind of partial to the PSI's :drink: Vor-Tech makes some nice stuff to.
If you like roots blowers, the blowershop stuff will run forever. |
Whipple side mounts mounted on 500 efi

That question is completely dependent upon your primary platform. If you are running a fuel injected setup (MPI variation) and have deep pockets, I would recommend whipple chargers, followed closely by Vortech. If you are running carberated motors, I recommend an 871 blower with a superchiller at minimum, prefereably though a 1071. The larger the blower, the cooler the intake air is, thus decreasing chances of detonation. I personally prefer old school roots style blowers with carberators because I can actually work on them and self diagnose. However, if you have the correct MPI setup with Whipples or Vortechs, this is a very nice setup as the computer controls fuel flow, air/lean mixture, timing, etc. Hope this helps!
