I have a bud 03 43 tiger with the 575's,fresh water,he had to replace the intakes on both, runner corroding leaking in the motor, fyi

Goodluck keep us posted how it comes out

Glad you brought up the throttle bodies, has anyone upgraded their 575 (GM) throttle bodies with a more modern unit?

I know Zuckerman sent his out to CFM tech to up the flow. I have seen pics of 575 upgrade kits with a whole new t-body setup to retrofit the 575 but they are spendy. I have often thought it would be trick to ditch all the stock injection and go with an injector plate and a bird catcher type throttle blades. It would free up a lot of hatch clearance.
