The problem you are having is not normal my dart 320 and my cnc 355 both have jessel on them and are fine but from what you are saying if i read right is the mounting pad is off to valve angle thats not normal.
Is the problem the same on both heads and on every valve tip?

That is the problem I had, the valve and the pad were on different angles. Dart would not do anything to correct them. Every valve on both heads did not line up with the rocker.

Did you buy these heads new?
I was just at a swap meet and i ran into one of the guys from dart he new somthing about your problem and the plug problem the other guy had .
Give me a ring i maybe will be able to help you out .

Yeah everything is brand new rite out of the box, heads came directly from dart and i personally picked up the rockers from jesel, ill give you a ring tomorow gary thanks
