That wouldn't be as hard to quiet down as a 1000 hp blower motor. Borla or Gibson should work fine, the clamp ons work well with a set screw, small bolt through the muffler and tip. I saw some on Ebay very reasonable. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_trkp...4&_sop=3&_sc=1

GGB all the way . .

I run a Magnum 27 with 2 SBC with straight thru 4" exhaust, the boat was way too loud , not wanting to hang something big and ugly off the stern and also not bankrupt my fuel budget I added these . . easy installation, and extremely effective . . all the snap and bark is gone, and a conversation on board is now possible at low speed.

Are those the slide in inserts? My problem is I don't know if I have the right exhaust tips for that. What kind of tips do you need for this application? You are the second person that has recommend those.
