540 bulldog intakes

if i wanted to build these to about 600 hp would the brodix intakes and demon carbs in the engine parts section on the other boating site be a good choice?

Edelbrock Rectangular Port RPM AirGap intake 850 barry grant is what I would use. A 850 grant is equal to a 1050 holley

Yes they would that is the most common set up. Brodix intakes make great power
