4bus boat looks awesome! Some questions for you though, are you going to keep the headers or change them out to something different to preven that headache?

How do you like your tundra, is it a 1/2 ton or 3/4 ton and also how does it tow with your 38 fountain as far the weight of the boat and all of those things are concerend? Just curious, I have two vehicles right now, and thinking about selling both and just getting me a nice newer truck such as a tundra.

The header issues are only on the 525 engines, the 575s use e-tops, the good ones :) the sound of headers vs manifolds is something I would never give up regardless

Toyo doesn't make a 3/4 ton per say, however the "Toy max" package exceedes a lot of 3/4 ton trucks towing capacity (gas engine) truck comes with a class 5 hitch, and the engine is more than up to the challenge. I also had them add they toyota TRD air bags on he back, which now rates it for 12k lbs towing. It tows the boat amazingly! Like it is not there while moving, however I have to give that credit more to the trailer than the truck. A good well balanced trailer is still the key to comfortable towing IMO.
