Pop Up Cleat Cups???
 

Does anyone know who makes or sells the plastic cups that collect the water for pop up cleats? There are no name or numbers on my cleats. I already looked at a few boating supply websites with no success.

Any guidance is appreciated.

I'm getting ready to buy the 4 1/2" slime-line pull up cleats #680-301 the add says they can be sealed not to leak is this not true.
