Pressure Relief

I am installing removing the circulation pump and installing a crossover. Two questions should I install a pressure relief and if so where do you dump the water.Would it be possible to dump the water back into the inlet line for the sea water pump.

after you install the ctossover,go for a ride and check the water pressure,if you do end up needind to dump some water,use a threw hull dump,dont try to send it back to the suction side of the water pump.

how about if you rig them for aux drive shower? or is heated water not a good idea?

The water has not entered the engine to get hot. Odds of getting it to hit the drive are slim. I have dumps on mine out the rear of the boat.
If I had to do it over again I would leave it alone. To much work and money.
