Just replaced 4 trailer tires

I just replaced 4 trailer tires. Went from bias ply to radials. Any tips to keep these tires from rotting and checking ? Is there any kind of a tire prep ?

Spray them with 303 Protectant and get covers for them to keep the sun off.
