Custom built throttle cable?

Where can I have a custom built throttle cable made. I need one for twin Mikunis going to a sea dog throttle.

What type of fitting is it? I've made various cable and linkage things up for oddball applications like actuating a drive-by-wire throttle with a 33C. You might have to cobble something up.
