Need more info.
502 Mag. That doesn't tell me much. Carb? EFI? A 2009 assumes that it is an EFI, but was it purchased complete with induction system or as a longblock with heads only? Which Procharger setup is it? What mods were performed? If you want specific answers, you need to ask specific questions. The more details you give, the more you get. MC |

fuel delivery, pressure critical !!!! need to have a remote elec fuel pressure gauge, need boost referenced regulator, carb should already be done and in the procharger carb box ? but when you buy something like this who knows, keep timing in the 28 deg total area, without a wideband 02 sensor have to tune with spark plug readings..and thats crap shoot sometimes...I run a aeromotive A1000 pump, #10 line, and a return back to the tank..the only correct way to do it and thats not what instructions say...you can get the install manual from procharger, I did last year..good luck..Rob

i like to use a little more timing,,32*..your carberator will need to be set up as a boost referance carb..the carberator will need solid floats,if they are brass they will crush under boost.the rear jets will need jet extensions to move the jets further back in the float bowl because under boost the fuel is forced towards the back of the carberator..if you put bigget jets in the carb you will also have to drill out passages that go to the power valves to move more fuel.
google boost referanced carberator and do some reading.. read this one,, http://www.hangar18fabrication.com/blowthru.html |

If you are using a mechanic hope he knows H/P setups and not just a normal guy...
