Rev limiter set at 5400

Do You think my 454 needs more carburater im running a 750 Holly, my motor runs has a bob m .6 lift cam, 781 heads, air Gap intake, domed .03 pistons , aprox 9.8:1 compression, it hits a wall around 5000rpm it seems like others are spooling up more rpm
