Need help identifying this 33c throttle cable end....
 

Hi all,

I have a 33c cable end that I need a replacement for and can't seem to find anywhere. This is off one of the throttle sticks on my '85 Chris Cat. I'm guessing it's unique to these controls. Any ideas on where I can find a replacement? The pics are of the damaged one....the 'hook' portion is supposed to have more curvature to it to wrap around a post. It got straightened out somehow and now won't grab onto the post. Thanks in advance.

Found this chart, but I don't see anything like your end anywhere. Can it be replaced with closed circle?

I believe the pin that it wraps around is pressed into the plates so using a closed-eye end would require getting that pin out. I'll have to look at it closer when I get home. I didn't pull the whole control assembly out last night, I just lifted it up high enough to get that cable end off. I'd get the pin out if I need to but I'm hoping to just find a new end somewhere for now. These controls have had some 'work' done to them over the years and I'd most likely just replace the whole control assembly. But for this weekend it would be real nice to just find a new end.

It's item #40 they are $36.87ea. I just had 10 made on a CNC. How many do you want? Anyone else need any?
