Merc Verado Oil Filters
 

Does anyone know a part number for a 250 verado oil filter that could be found in an autoparts house like a Wix part number or equivalent?

Merc Part number: 877769K01
Mallory marine: 9-57823

I'm pretty sure there isn't going to be one in the auto world at this time. If you put the numbers in the Wix, AC, baldwin, or frame oil filter cross reference charts, nothing comes up at this time.

But your new number 877769K01 had superceded from 883701K01 and the sierra part # for the old number 883701K01 is sierra # 18-7918. And there's no cross for this number either.

To be honest, in this situation, I don't think i would stray from the merc oem filter, one reason would be for assured quality purposes and reason two, merc's cost you about the same or less $$$ online then the other two brands available.

Not sure about all of Mallory Marine oil filters but alot of them are made by Wix.
