How much does it need to be bored? I don't see why you can't bore just one cyld especially if it's only .010. I'm also not a fan of honing and re-ringing engines. I have seen quite a few fail to seat the rings so now if a piston has to come out then that cyld gets bored and honed properly. This experience is based on 20 years of AUTOMOTIVE wrenching however.

Yes you can sleeve it, but some precautions come with it. As long as the crack doesn't enter the deck. Question are you going to sleeve, due to melting a piston or scuffed wall with dings in it? If there was heat involved the the cylinders opposite of that one are going to be distorted, if you install a sleeve, its an interference fit, so your machinist will know what to due. The opposed cylinder will still be distorted. If you are a 4.500 bore 4.505 pistons are available of the shelf. I would, if using custom pistons wait until things are back in shape before ordering piston or any pistons. You can have the other pistons skirts coated to build them back up another .0014"so you can bring the other cylinders back straight and true.
