Replaced one of my drives this year with a 2002 Bravo and it's doing the same thing. Emptied the small square oil tank in about twenty hours use. no external leaks. Pulled drive last week to replace broken bellhousing and gimbal ring (used it for a log splitter on the Delaware River near the Tacony-Palmyra bridge)and the bellows was clean:confused: . This oil is going somewhere! My 1995 Bravo on the port side hasn't used a drop in years. I change it every year and it's full till the next change.

Yeah, like mopower just said... "full till the next change". If it ain't that boys... you got a leak. Not near enough heat in a drive to combust that much erl. I'd search on. Anything else is going to result in water infiltration at some point. You all know what follows next. BTDT .

BT
