Retreating Sunbrella Cover

Just wondering what you can use to retreat a sunbrella cover. I thought I once heard that you could use Thompsons water sealer that you would use to seal a deck, but wasn't sure.

I would think Thompson's would ruin it for sure.

Use 303 Hi Tech Fabric Guard. Specifically recommended for Sunbrella fabric. I use it on my umbrella at home also, works fantastic.

Their 303 Aerospace cleaner and protectant is fabulous on vinyl too. No grease or oil left behind.

Yes, I can speak from experience to NOT use Thompsons! Especially while laying on an asphalt driveway! :P

I used ScotchGuard on mine, but I bought a bunch of cans of the stuff back before the EPA forced them to change their formulation. Not sure if the new stuff works as well, but the old stuff was pretty good.

Thanks for the info....I will use the 303
