engine and outdrive rpm

What is the fastest you can spin a broavo 1? My new motor can easily spin to 6200 rpm,but rev limiter cuts it off @ 5100 rpm. Now dont get me wrong,i dont want to spin motor that fast but like every one else im looking for more speed. I spin a 26p bravo 1 now to 4800rpm with 59.5 mph on gps and 1.65 gears. The out drive has a 2 inch spacer from previuos owner, should i remove this or not? the boat is an advantage party cat 22ft,motor stroked 454 dynoed to 590hp @ sealevel. Boat is operated mainly at 5280 ft. any suggestions?

590 hp is @ sea level,up here its 20% less or472 hp at this altitude and at 6200 rpm.
