bravo 1 reservior hose connection?

Where does the gear reservior hose connect to on the inside of the transum for a bravo 1? I have a barb hose fitting to the left of the cooling water intake hose ,, which looks to be the place. Just wanting to make sure.

Small barb 'could' be the speedo tube?

it's just above the shift cable, and has a e-clip that holds
it in

The bronze barb is it. Thats the old style, not the plastic one with the e cllip.

You should consider sealing the wood at the drive cutouts. Gelcoat is easy...

Thanks, That's what I thought. Just wanted to make sure.

I did seal the wood. I had to remove the inside flange to get all the wood covered. I just mixed up some fiberglass resin and coated it.It's just not painted. I found the cut hose after removing the flange and didn't know if it was for the speedo, or the oil reserve. Thanks

Just an fyi, your speedo is the hex connector top right under the yoke
