what should my engine temps be?

I have a 31' scarab, 502 mags with prochargers. What temps should i shoot for and what temps are "too cool". I have a hard time getting it above 125-130. Seems thats now warm enough.

160

Lower temps with a Procharger is good IMHO......the "experts" out there will explain in detail........

For reference my stock 575scis run 150 all day and up to 160 when ran hard. However, it's common to run hopped up blown engines with 130 thermos, assuming you ecu's are programmed for it, and your oil is still getting warn enough to burn off excess moisture you should be fine.

Is there a concern with how it performs?

No it runs fine just curious. I do hate getting on it when its barely above 100

I would make sure my oil is up to temp before I jumped on it.

if your oil is up to temp, chances are your engine has been up to temp for a while.
