Gaffrig Neutral switches

I suspect I have a bad neutral switch as one engine suddenly won't engage the starter. The neutral switch on the port engine has always been flaky, but now nothing at all. no voltage on the secondary starter solenoid (yellow/red wire). Jump 12v to the relay & engine starts fine. This suddenly appeared last Friday afternoon. I bypassed the switch, put in remote starter switch & everything worked fine for 2 days.
Now, has anyone ever replaced one of these switches on Gaffrig throttle/gear shift assemblies? This is a twin application, '97 Formula 312???? Does the entire assembly have to be dismantelled?? This looks like a real job!! Any hints????

Should be real easy, Mine are gaffrig and it is just a microswitch held in by 2- 4-40 bolts. These switches are commonily reffered to as "Cherry" switches. Cherry is a manufacturer but mant others are out there. An industrial supply like Granger or Newark electronics should have them. Just get it off and compair. Make sure switch rating is the same or higher for voltage and current. Radio Schakk may even have one.
