502 circulation pump sparks
 

502 EFI circulation pump sparks a little bit at any rpm above 2500. Pulley doesn't touch any thing nor do the belts and the water pressure is normal. Not a lot of sparks by any means but maybe one single spark every 500 rotations..?

first ermove the belt going to the pump and give the tensioner pully a spin,,should spin freely and make no noise..if good then remove the pump,take off the impeller and housing,,spin it again should sprn freely,,may just have to replace the bearings if caught early enough..
