Help, crank to block distance, BBC

I need the distance from the rear block face, where the bellhousing bolts to, to the face of the crankshaft, that the flywheel bolts to. Anyone have a BBC or a SBC with a crank in it, that can measure the distance for me?? Thanks.

I measured 2 blocks and came up with .700" on one and .725" on the other. I'm looking for a more accurate measurement or th confirm what I found. Thanks.

What are you trying to confirm?

I just measured a Mk IV that I have at my shop... I came up with .715". You're bound to get some slight variation depending on total end-play of the crankshaft, and where it's resting in the block at the time of measurement (fore/aft-wise).
