525 efi have J&E pistons and K1 technologie rods..

I had to repalce one last year due to a droped valve. Ordered from Merc and got a Manley. No part # though.

i have taken lots of 525's apart and they did come je-700 pistons and some came with manley .the je's will have je700 cast under the dome the manleys have no marks on them, the domes are the same on both .and yes manley rods.hope this helps
