How much should I pay for a COMPLETE 454/330?
 

I am looking to buy a complete, drop in ready 454/330, everything included, accesories, everything from distributor/carb to pan, how much is a complete engine fully dressed wih a distributor worth?

Found a boat that only needs power, everything else is in it, and I'd like to keep the 502 I built a couple years back and use it in that. One of the 454/330's would drop nicely, and easily, into my boat for re-sale.

Not looking to spend a ton, but I need a good running motor for re-sale.

I found what i think was a good deal and got one ready to drop in and run.minus starter for 2k

I just don't need any surprises along the way. Somebody upgrading with another drop in motor is kinda what I am lookin for.
