HP500 Carb, What jets for my 502?
 

I have recently purchased a used hp500 carb from one of the other OSO members and was wondering where I should start with jets when I put it on my boat?

I have a 290 Mach 1 with a single drive and I think the boat weighs around 7500 lb. Currently I have a 4011 Holley that has performed beautifully until this year when the power valve messed up. Instead of rebuilding this one I took the chance to upgrade or at least I hope it’s an upgrade.

Horsepower: 442 @ 5250 rpm
Torque: 513 ft-lbs @ 3500 rpm
Max engine speed: 5,500 rpm
Current Carburetor: Holley 4011

Deadrise: 25 deg deep V
Boat weight: 7500 lb?

Would guess 82 and 88
