Model ZZP what is it ?

bought a boat 1990 23'9
Make says ZZP
Manfacturer MPL Yachts LTD

any one have one of these was told like a jaws, pnd or panterra.
its missing the drive but hull is solid needs one stringer fixed. got it for really cheap i saw it run a few years ago with a 502 roller motor and bravo 82-84 trimmed out.
