Crane box Repair

I've got 3 Crane marine boxes and not one is working this year. Anyone know of anyone that repairs them? I called crane for a connector this spring and they said they didn't have any parts for the Marine boxes....

Good Call. That is exactly like my Crane boxes.

Thanks

UGH- I called Daytona Sensors and they said they cannot be repaired because they are all sealed. At this point I'm going to tear into them and see if I can repair them..

Dude that sucks. 3 boxes and not one working? I would not step outside if theres any signs of rain and lightning!

Is the LED light flashing when cranking?

endeavour32 10-17-2012 09:54 AM

I think two flashed. I heard a pop in the other when I put power to it. I haven't messed with them since this summer. There is a chance something wasn't connected right.

I would bet on that... ;)

I'll have to dig into them this winter. I've got one of my old 330's on the stand. I'll hook them up this winter and see if I can get them to fire up. I know these boxes are normally bullet proof.
