High capacity oil pan

HI guys,
I am looking for an high capacity oil pan i have take a look on the Canton racing product 14 quarts marine pan but i dont know if i can install them due to starter and power stering cooler interferance with that bigger pan.
Parts # 18-372

and make sure you have clearance below.

Yes, below should be clear.
The only clearance problem that i can see is on the side of the engine, starter, stering cooler hose.

Anyone have experiance with that high capacity oil pan?
