Thanks for the reply's, since I'm an hour away from Port Huron, MI I will take my boat to Tyler Crockett and let him re-program the ECM, if I decide to change the pulley.

Numbers from last dyno pull:
rpm: 5,200
HP: 709
Oil pressure: 81.7
fuel pressure: 72.9

Boat 22 Donzi
Bravo 4 Blade 32 pitch
top speed GPS: 90mph

Looks like maybe I am gonna need to add another pound or 2 to my set up for the spring ralley ;)
