Yes, and the TPS reads 100% although it is actually only used to detect change in throttle position and does not care about absolute. Also replaced the cables. The power difference is linear through the whole power range although hard to perceive below 4000 rpm.

Swap the drives.

I did in the past and it did not seem to make a difference, same with props. If the high pressure pump does not fix it, I am back looking at the drives.
