Envision Boats

Hi all,
I've seen a couple of Envision boats listed and I'm not familiar with the manufacturer and there is little information regarding values etc.

Can any of the gurus out there fill me in?

My understanding it was a Sea Ray pachanga hull, they built a ton of them and many are still on Lake of the Ozarks. Ride is repoted very good, not the fastest hull.

Best thing you can do is use www.Nadaguides.com for a guide and then look for comparables.

They look like nice boats, but yes the engine packages you see make you wonder how they get on plane.

Were built out of Monmouth, IL. with the majority sold by Arrowhead Marine down at LOTO. Solid hull boats (no coring) with a lot of deadrise. Built like tanks with a great rough water ride. They do not get very good fuel mileage at cruise and take a ton of power to run any kind of speed. The 29's were the most popular with most being sold as single 7.4L's or later on 6.2MPX's. A few 29's were built with twins but they are rare.

I think they have a 25 degree deadrise. They ride great but you need to know how to work the tabs. At cruising speed they lean one way or the other and if anyone slightly moves around in the boat you need to adjust the tabs more than most boats. Unless they were special ordered none of them have be power. They were marketed at LOTO as an excellent riding boat, with a sporty look, at a reasonable price. Families were their biggest customers. Many of them were built with mid walk through cabins and a small open bow. The quality seems to be very good.

My father has one, the 32 with single 502, as mentioned above a lot of dead rise, good build, ride good but not real fast his will top at in the low 50's drives very deep, I'd call it a family/sport/performance style boat it's a good all around boat that has a sporty look and good ride in rough water.
