This might be a dumb question

This may be a silly question and I'm guessing the answer is of course but... I'm looking at my my new efi motor and it has a Eddie marine air cleaner, do you guys clean and oil them like you would one in a car dirtbike ect?? All my old carb motors just had a stainless flame arrestor. Sorry if this is dumb...:angry-smiley-038:

You don't need to. The oil is to catch fine dust particles.

Thanks gentlemen. Now if it will just get warm enough to install the motor and test it out. Come on spring!
