Been thinking on making some phenolic spacers for just this reason.... I think that they will prevent the corrosion/errosion from occuring. Any thoughts? Any intrest in having one?

Sounds like a great idea. Even some simple teflon rings to keep the stainless from making contact with the aluminum would work. Let me know what you come up with.
