I just made the connection between this thread and your speed calculation thread. If you are delivering 475 HP to the prop with a 454/177 blower at 4 psi I'd say you are doing well; forget what the dyno said! Add the intercooler and you should have about 550 HP with a pulley change. You will be doing low 70's then.

Better yet, sell this blower and replace it with a centrifugal blower and intercooler and make 650 HP. Happiness begins at 80 mph!

I think that Hot Boat has some other minor issues to work out before a centrifugal supercharger and intercooler go on this engine. :rolleyes:
